Eric Howard

CSO/Chief Stewardship Officer

Flying since the age of 13, Eric knows airplanes. He has bought and sold more than 40 of his own personal aircraft so he knows the ins and outs of aircraft ownership. In addition to flying, Eric toured for over 13 years with rock and pop acts such as Lady GAGA and CREED among many others. After meeting the love of his life Natalie he decided to hang up his touring hat and the two of them with GOD's help proceeded to build a successful agricultural aviation company in Indiana. The company was blessed with a gross sales increase of more than 100% year-on-year before it was sold in 2023. He's not just good at soaring in the skies; he's also a sales whiz. With a prayer in one hand and a aircraft value book in the other, Eric ensures our employees and customers are treated with the highest level of respect and service.

Natalie Howard

President

More than a pilot's wife, Natalie is the co-pilot of our company's success. Just ask Eric, Natalie is the brains behind the operation as she holds her Master's Degree in business. From contracts to escrow to office management to HR to bookkeeping, she ensures everything is flying smoothly. After her son Maverick was born, Natalie also started a company called Hangar Baby that sells airplane-themed kids clothing and household items via her website and at air shows like Sun 'n Fun. You can also find some of her products at Sporty's where they're featured in the Wright Bros Catalog. Often referred to as "Hangar Mom", Natalie can be found saying a prayer when needed and trying to feed those around her.

Justin Harkcom

Pilot, Flight Instructor, Airplane Reposition Specialist

Justin has been flying since he was a teenager. He obtained his Commercial Pilots Certificate at a very young age and has flown several different types of aircraft. He graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Aviation Science. Justin has worked with Eric and Natalie in the family business for over 7 years and married Eric's sister Ashley in 2022.

Charlie Elliott

Pilot, Parts Guru, Professional aircraft history and log investigator

Charlie is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a degree in Criminal Justice. After college he was stung by the flying bug and started his pursuit to become a pro pilot. Charlie can scan maintenance manuals or logbooks at breakneck speeds. He is also a parts guru, he can find parts through different avenues that many service centers don't even know exist-saving the customers tens of thousands of dollars. When Charlie is not researching different aircraft or parts he can be found flying his creampuff of a Cessna 150 around the Florida landscape.

Christopher Williams

Chris Williams

Sales, Pilot
Chris is currently a part of our sales team that strives to help connect buyers and sellers in the King Air aviation market. He is also a pilot working his way to earn further credentials to expand his aviation experience and career and holds a Bachelors in Aeronautics from Embry Riddle. Chris currently owns and operates a local landscape design business that specializes in fencing and paver projects, among many other outdoor services. Chris has had experience working for us as a crewmember for our crop dusting operation in North Central Indiana for two seasons. Prior to this, Chris spent several years overseas working as a civilian contractor performing security services for various government and non-government agencies, to include other business interests abroad. Chris is also a veteran of the armed services, having undergone deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. Chris has two children: One that just graduated college and is entering the world of business. The other has a strong interest in filmmaking and about to enter middle school.

Maverick has been flying since before he was even born and has a true love of aviation. He can identify an airplane from a distance and no doubt has a bright future.
