For a flat % fee of the price of the aircraft, our team will perform the following and more:
Meet with you to determine your needs and budget in order to identify the appropriate airplane.
Identify and locate both on and off the market aircraft which meet your requirements and price.
Meet with you to narrow the list.
Contact the sellers on the short list to determine availability, issues and pricing flexibility.
Meet with you to determine a course of action on which aircraft to make an offer on.
Extensive Logbook Audit and History Search.
Provide you with a projection of first year operating costs based on the exact aircraft selected.
Travel to the subject aircraft to visually inspect, fly and supervise pre-purchase inspection.
Assistance with obtaining aircraft financing, aircraft hull and liability insurance and tax and legal advice, if needed.
Handle sales agreement and proper paperwork to accomplish the sale.
Help with delivery of aircraft to your location.
Give flight checkout if appropriate.

Since this can encompass a broad range of services, it is difficult to set a fixed fee, so we will work on an hourly fee of $125 per hour plus expenses.
