Natalie Howard
President
More than a pilot’s wife, Natalie is the co-pilot of our company’s success. Just ask Eric, Natalie is the brains behind the operation as she holds her Master’s Degree in business. From contracts to escrow to office management to HR to bookkeeping, she ensures everything is flying smoothly. After her son Maverick was born, Natalie also started a company called Hangar Baby that sells airplane-themed kids clothing and household items via her website and at air shows like Sun ‘n Fun. You can also find some of her products at Sporty’s where they’re featured in the Wright Bros Catalog. Often referred to as “Hangar Mom”, Natalie can be found saying a prayer when needed and trying to feed those around her.
Justin Harkcom
Pilot, Flight Instructor, Airplane Reposition Specialist
Justin has been flying since he was a teenager. He obtained his Commercial Pilots Certificate at a very young age and has flown several different types of aircraft. He graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Aviation Science. Justin has worked with Eric and Natalie in the family business for over 7 years and married Eric’s sister Ashley in 2022.
Charlie Elliott
Pilot, Parts Guru, Professional aircraft history and log investigator
Charlie is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a degree in Criminal Justice. After college he was stung by the flying bug and started his pursuit to become a pro pilot. Charlie can scan maintenance manuals or logbooks at breakneck speeds. He is also a parts guru, he can find parts through different avenues that many service centers don’t even know exist-saving the customers tens of thousands of dollars. When Charlie is not researching different aircraft or parts he can be found flying his creampuff of a Cessna 150 around the Florida landscape.
